Funny story. So the other day I was out during PE and talking to a sophomore. She pointed towards the hills and remarked that she would love to be able to paint them. I could see where she was coming from. They had some pretty purple to green variations, but overall the rolling hills were a bit too monotonous for me and the idea trying to place just those hills into a composition made me internally cringe, so I replied that I wouldn’t since they seemed kind of boring. She then scoffed and said, “non-artists wouldn’t understand.” It was hilarious.
In an case. Sorry for being MIA! I fell into all of the college app processes and convinced myself that I was busy and now I’m stuck being inactive on the art scene. I’m trying to get back into the painting and art groove and it hurts so much. It’s like trying to get back in shape after not exercising for a while.
